#WestWednesdays With the West NYC Running Club

It's Wednesday, and aside from being 50% closer to the weekend, that also means it's time to mount up for another evening with the West NYC Running Club. Come meet us at the shop (147 W 72nd ST on the UWS between Columbus and Amsterdam) at 6:30 this evening for a prompt 7:00 PM departure. As always, the leader of the pack will be Iman Smith, guiding you through the thoroughfares and parks of Manhattan. Don't let the changing temperature be an excuse to get up off your ass and pound some pavement!
