Weekends At West: Air Jordan X "Light Smoke Grey"

Back in April Jordan Brand teased this pair at the 2018 Jordan Brand Classic. Now this shoe is available for a wide release to the public. This AJX is a new frontier as, style wise, it's somewhat of a hybrid. The silhouette is all classic Jordan X - an expert-level exercise in minimalism, full leather upper, list of MJs milestones on the sole. However, this pair also borrows from another fan favorite, the Air Jordan IV. The "Light Smoke Grey" upper is completely covered in the cement speckle pattern from the IV, which pairs perfectly with the blacked out tongue, laces, and eyelets. The black and white outsole peeks out onto the midsole, revealing the pattern on the bottom that ends up looking a little bit like the stripes on a zebra.
