Featuring the same iconic shape, materials, and visible Air unit, this retro Air Max Triax 96 has all the simple details that runners fell in love with back in 1996. Recognizable for its round laces, mesh tongue, and leather swoosh tab on the mesh toe box, the AM Triax 96 also stands out amongst the era’s Air Max releases for its slighter, more proportionate visible Air unit—in the mid-90s, oversized and full-length Air Max were trending. Still, for a silhouette with a smaller Air unit, the AM Triax 96 has an outsized impact for the comfort and style many remember.
